Your first appointment will take up to an hour. We ask that patients arrive 10 – 15 minutes before their appointment so any medical history can be filled out prior.
We suggest you wear a pair of shorts or loose fitting trousers to make the examination easier.
You will be assessed by a trained orthotists, both whilst standing still and while you are walking. Using our state of the art video and force plate technology. From this a full report can be generated. This will form part of your treatment plan, which may involve temporary or customised orthotics and made to measure insole, best trainer / footwear advice and, custom trainers / footwear.
No. A gait analysis is a non-invasive process.
Our team will review the information collected during your visit. A summary report, including treatment recommendations, will be written and kept in your medical chart.
